Article 1 - General provisions and purpose of the TOS

All obligations and liabilities of the parties which have taken effect prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
These T&Cs shall be effective unless terminated by either our company or the user.
The user may notify our company that they no longer wish to use our services or they may simply cease using and/or accessing our Services, websites and/or applications.
Our Company may terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, at which time the Customer shall remain liable for any outstanding amounts due to our Company.

Article 10 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GCS are governed by French law

Any question arising from these GTCs concerning, but not limited to, their validity, interpretation, execution, consequences and so on, shall be pleaded before the competent jurisdiction. The competent jurisdiction is the commercial court of Bourg-en-Bresse (France)
