1. Cremat Castle: a bastide as beautiful as it is original, built in 1906 on the underground galleries of an ancient Roman building used at the time for oil and wine
2. Roquebrune Cap Martin: dominating the medieval village, a visit to the castle allows you to wander through the narrow streets full of character, sometimes carved out of the rock
3. Saorge: ancient fortress clinging to the side of the mountain which forms an amphitheatre above the Roya gorges
4. Coaraze: cobbled and sloping streets, vaulted passages, stone houses or houses plastered in blue, yellow or pink, in the Italian style, and flowered squares have attracted many artists and personalities
